I played the Soulsborne games with very little health to keep me on the toes. It wasn't until I got the game at launch that I realized how well the comparison fit for the way I play the game. It looked like it was mostly in regards to the increase in difficulty expressed as 'The Dark Souls of' Zelda. There were some Dark Souls comparisons going around before the general public was able to get their hands on the game.
